SIr/Madam I would like to bring your attention towards one of the worst services that livpure company provides in Chennai. Earlier I raised a complaint on **/**/**** regarding a beep sound coming from my water purifier technician who visited left saying water would start coming in ** minutes but water didn't come. I again raised a complaint on **/**/**** and from then till now I am dialing daily to customer care number and area coordinators contact number provided to me Divya (**********) and Mohan(**********) and even technician also who visited earlier but none of them is picking up the call. I have already purchased ACMC which they requested for smooth services( for annual maintenance valid upto *nd oct ****) and daily I talk to their customer care. They say your complaint has been escalated and no one comes for the service. We are facing a continuous drinking problem and it has been more than ** days. I request to look into this matter as soon as possible . I also have call recordings with me.
