Sub : Escalation against call center, escalation dept, engineers handle and behavoiurs,repeat,
Sir/Madam,
I hereby Hardeep Singh resident of G-*** Naraina vihar new delhi . I was installed Airtel fiber
connection phone number ***********.
I want escalate to all higher to priority department including appellate,nodal, managers , supervisors
and so on related to service. I was raised so many complaint number
********,*********,********* on sep **,**,** and then oct *,** related to flucation in
connection or disconnect while working from home . I was also changed Plan from Rs *** to *** .
Now, wording from engineers Rinku sharma ‘Sir apke laptop me problem hai change kr le jiya,
hamare yaha koi problem nahi hai, and other engineers, testing pr lagaya hua hai , koi fault nahi hai
after sometime complaint close without asking from customer and happy code . false statement . I
have send several mail on appellate or nodal, however my mails blocks. I have also share
screenshots of ip ping details where fluction happened.
Escalation dept no proper listen what customer saying forcibly enginner assign which is not required
as well call center . When I call to call center and saying ‘this call is audit for quality and training
purpose . Where is the quality and training / why such action is not taken against rinku sharma or
other engineers related to service or trained them . In * hours I an going to restart modem , which is
effect on my work .As per Mr kuldeep and rinku sharma statements:- hamare yaha koi problem,koi
issue nahi,ap restart mat ki jiya, ms-dos ip ping command share with these two,ON DAILY BASIS MY
WORK EFFECT same wording from kuldeep , hum kuch nahi kar sakte,hum mail dal rehe hai ki koi
problem nahi hai,backend se bhi koi problem nahi hai EVERY PERSON HAD DIFFERENT WORDS,fiber
mai koi problem nahi ata repeated word FALSE STATEMENTS-he ports and parameters are
working fine and customer is getting speed as per his bill plan and same has been
informed to customer. We tried to reach you on ********** undersigned dated **rd October
****. However, we were unable to establish contact with you as number was non-contactable .
THESE GUYS TRYING TO CLOSE THE COMPLAINT . WHICH WAS TREND OF THESE PEOPLE. WHY
THEY ARE ASKING FOR SCREEN . IF EVERY THING WAS FINE .
Pleass take sincere action related to my connection , staff . KULDEEP AND RINKU SHARMA This is
not a way to handle and close complain
