I am complaining about broadband/wifi service which is not working properly since last **-** days but Airtel is not responding properly. After several escalations on Airtelapp &so much calls with Airtel customer care still problem not resolved. This is my final reminder to close the matter by EOD else I will take some other action.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
