- TV not working from last 5 months No solution till date even with extended warranty available Open

My 'iFFALCON by TCL ***.**cm (** inch) Ultra HD (*K) LED Smart Android TV' which i purchased on **th August **** along with extended warranty has stopped working in the month of March ****.
I have contacted more than *** people during last * months however no solution has been provided till date.
I have escalated this on one of social media platforms from where one person contacted me and arranged a technician to visit my place on *th July ****.
He mentioned that TV need replacement of entire mother board and this will be done by **th.
Now again I have been told that this process will take more one month.
Please try to understand that TV is one of the entertainment source especially for the kids in the family. We are struck in lockdown and this very and only source of entertainment is not working.
Moreover I have lost my patience to chase you all people and keep on requesting everyone.
Now I only need either replacement or refund of entire amount
