I purchased a one plus tv worth rs ***** from flipkart last year along with * years of complete damage protection extended warranty from jeeves. I faced display issues on **th july, so i immediately followed up with jeeves for the same. Till date they have not been able to repair my tv and every time confirms that issue has been escalated and will be resolved in * days, but still no positive response from them. I am mentally so exhausted that i want to file a legal case against jeeves for fraud they are doing with innocent customers.
