I booked the ticket from chennai to jodpur on **.**.**** on the date of travel **.**.**.
The payment has been deducted and the ticket not confirmed subsequently ticket cancellation mail received due to PNR issue.
I requested the refund amount multiple times via mail, customer support team but not yet receive my amount.
Help me get the amount soon.
