I had booked * tickets from travel Look but got the cancellation mail saying the booking has been cancelled and I will get the refund amount of **** for one ticket and **** for another.
Its been more than ** days now. Called and checked the status from the customer care executive but didn't get any proper update. They keep on moving the dates.
Please help me in getting my money back.
