Redbus - Ticket not booked but money got deducted

Yesterday, I booked a ticket from Madurai to Chennai for travel on Dec **, **** on redBus. The ticket costed INR ***. On payment, my money got deducted but I didn't get the booked ticket. I payed via Paytm.
