I Booked a Ticket under Seat Gurantee Slot, from Prayagraj to ANVT in ***** NorthEast Exp. I was Charge ₹****.** via upi.
Soon My Friend Who was Going Delhi Via Road Route in Personal Car and asked Me to Join Him, so i Rushed to Cancel My Ticket.
I Canceled it within **min of Booking and They Robbed Me of ₹*** for Nothing, Refunded me Just ₹***. I don't Understand even When i Didn't uses their Agent Services Why was i Even Charged that Amount? If i had Canceled after Chart Preparation that Would be Understandable but Since i Canceled within **min Why was i Looted of My ₹***?
I Hope They Look into This Matter and Return My Money. This is Not Ethical Because i Didn't Used Their Services and Canceled it Earliest.
