RedBus - Request for Resolution and Compensation Due to Unresolved Travel Incident

I had booked a ticket for travel with redBus for the journey scheduled on ** Jan ****, from Jammu to Delhi. Upon reaching the departure point, I was informed that the scheduled bus had met with an accident, and an alternative bus would be arranged. However, the alternative bus provided did not have sufficient seating capacity to accommodate all the passengers, including myself. As a result, no seat was allotted to me.

The bus conductor then informed me that I should leave the bus and directly raise the concern with redBus. I followed his instructions and promptly contacted your customer support team. However, despite my efforts to address the matter, I have not received a satisfactory response or a proper resolution to date.

This situation has caused significant inconvenience, and I feel that I have not been treated fairly. I kindly request the following actions to be taken:

A full refund for the booking amount, as I was unable to travel due to the lack of available seats.
Compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused by the situation.
