I got my tickets booked over RedBus app for my journey from Chennai to Coimbatore on January **th scheduled at *.** pm . I haven’t received any cancellation call from either RedBus or the bus operator till the timing of my journey. After certain time waiting over my boarding point, I tried to reach my bus operator..were I really got frustrated after his reply . He mentioned me that the bus was cancelled two days back and I was speech less. I have neither received a call or message from any of the operators or the RedBus team regarding this issue, resulting me in serious mental agony and frustration. Still my refund is not been processed .
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
