Hi,
I booked a bus ticket for my Sister in law from indore to agra. The bus scheduled for *:** pm on **th March **** from boarding point I chose on website. But the bus arrived * hours late and no one gave any information about the same. As a women my sister in law was on her own without any facility provided or safety provided for a women to wait for the bus to arrive. Also when she boarded the bus, she was provided a different seat number then the initially booked seat number.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
