- Technical head not cooperating and closing customer complaint without consumer satisfaction Closed
We have bought **mbps plan since * months and for any plan above ** Mbps company always provides fibre connection ,,,but technical head in my area named MEET , dint give us connection , also I was asking for fibre connection since * months , he almost does not answer the call or never communicated properly that when will he come to my home to give me connection ,,, even after complaining so many times in gtpl office , he was not coming
This problem is since * months and he is telling constant lie , like coming today or tomorrow , i have not got any of ur calls ,
Now finally after * months when i got him at my home , he came for * mins ,did some phone call and told me that i would receive net in ** mins and went away after * mins
Still i dint get network connection , after * hrs i called him that u had promised that i will get network after ** mins ans it has been * hrs , now what to do,
He configured some settings and told me i will get network after ** mins
And eventually i got network
But the problem does not end here
I had got plan of ** mbps and i hardly got speed of **-** sitting on router and close to it and when i chnged a room which was next door i hardly got speed of *-* mbps
Now i called him next day that there is still an issue with speed
U plz come to my home
Now he says i cannot solve the issue , this is normal
I said i donot want ur connection to which he replied , oky fine , u cancel ur connection , n provide me otp ,,
I told me complaint is yet not close i cannot give u otp
He has still not come to my home to even check what is problem and calling me constantly asking for otp to close the complaint
I told u should come to my home ateast to check
Still he has not come and my complaint is not solved
The local providers are a complete fraud
This is a loud message to all consumers that gtpl never solves complaints and want to close complaint by asking otp so that head office feels that customer has got the problem solved but these local providers are a fraud ,

I had taken a connection on ** October but they didn't provided yet. If I am asking for refund they say mail us. But not provided refund yet....

GTPL broadband has been ignoring my support tickets for the past * months. The tickets are closed but no resolution is provided regarding my internet connectivity issue. Even after multiple visits to their main branch the issue is not solved....
