I have registered for ** months GTPL finer plan **/**/** but they provided vry poor and irresponsible service. they said in * week I will get my connection but did not provided. On asking for status gave poor response, no response, mentally torture. * day Later updated that they can't provide connection to my flat location so they will refund me, but it is more than * month , they are not refunding my money nor replaying to my mails , not updating me anything about when & how I will get my money back. I havee all records of receipt, mail, what's app chat with their executive too. Please help me get my money back from this fraudster GTPL.
