I would like to bring your kind notice that, on **.**.**** I had purchased Samsung S* Plus mobile from M/s Sangeetha Stores, Kengeri, Bengaluru (Invoice attached) after paying **,***/- (Sl.No RZ*K**G**AF,IMEI: ******/**/******/*). However from the initial date, there is a problem in mobile battery back-up, which is draining very fast, (draining *% battery for every ** seconds), when the issue was brought to the notice of seller, he insisted to use with power saving mode. In-spite of using in power saving mode, problem started again and again but the issue has not been resolved. Finally based on seller instruction to visit Samsung Service centre, the following efforts were made for getting replacement.
*. During, July visited Samsung Service Centre, Rajajinagar, Bangalore, asking defected mobile replacement, but they upgraded the system and gave it back within ** minutes, informing that the issue is resolved, but problem occurred again.
*. Sent mail to Support.India@Samsung.com on August ** for replacement of defected device, but no reply has been received.
*. Sent mail to Sangeetha mobiles, Bengaluru on August **th, August **th and August **rd asking replacement, but no proper response received.
*. Raised concern in Facebook @ Samsung on **.**.****, however, they contacted me and also provided Contact number and mail id, and asked me to submit mobile at nearest Samsung Service Centre, with onward transmission of Job Card number, for resolving the issue, but the number provided is out of service and mail id not working(Land line number: *** *********, mail id: firstname.lastname@example.org).
*. In continuation of Sl.No: *, However, I submitted my mobile at Samsung Service Rajajinagar, Bengaluru Vide Job Card No: ********** dt: **.**.****, but they upgraded the system and returned the set after one day, insisting to check for few days. However after checking along with battery draining, mobile heating started, when I approached the centre on **.**.**** stating the issue. They are not agreeing for replacement of set which is defective., where in I took it in writing.
*. Contacted the customer care and raised the issue for replacement on **.**.**** and **.**.**** Vide reference No: ********** and **********, and raised the concern no response received.
*. Sent mail to CEO asking for replacement on **.**.****, not received any response for replacement.
*. Raised concern in Twitter @ Samsung, on **.**.****, for replacement but no response received.
In-spite of several efforts made by me for replacement of defected set, Samsung Private Ltd and Sangeetha mobiles, Bengaluru, they are not responded to the problem and their Customer service is very poor, by this way I am financially and mentally disturbed. Further, I lost hope that they may not provide good service in future days after replacement.
Hence, my humble request your Honorable forum may kindly intervene and get me justice for refund of entire amount along with compensation, for supplying defected set and for poor service and negligence on the part of customer and oblige.
