Samsung India Electronics India Private Ltd - Samsung smartphone motherboard become dead
Baskaran filed complaint against Samsung India Electronics India Private Ltd on Jul 19, 2022
I bought a brand new Samsung smartphone from authorized store in Bangalore. I am frustrated to find that it stopped working in one and half year of use. To get it repaired I approached customer service , they are reluctant to replace motherboard at free of charge , instead they demanded to pay INR ****. I am sure this is manufacturing flaw. Please advise me the legal step to get refund of the above charges.
