I purchased a Samsung f** model mobile from online samsung store on **th July **** but since the camera quality is not good, poorer than older version, I am trying to either return the mobile or replacement to higher version, also called them more than ** times but I am not getting a proper response from the customer service center side. I have also surrendered my mobile to the service centre the very next day itself, that is on **th July ****. Moreover, To the service center I have to travel ** kms distance far from my place since I am in remote area. Each and every time when I called them I waited more than **mins to get the call connected to the supervisor. Even if they say I would get a callback from their supervisor regarding this since they are busy, They are not at all calling me back, nor they try to resolve the issue. Whenever I called on my own they simply try to convince me to get back the mobile which I surrendered to the service center. Mentally I am so frustrated. I am terribly suffering by this by mental as well as financial. Also wasting my time as well. Please I want my refund in this regard. Kindly do the needful. Thank you in advance!
