On September *st, I purchased a washing machine (Order ID: [***********]), which was subsequently delivered to my address on September *rd. Regrettably, my experience with this purchase has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to address the issues I have encountered.
The first issue arose with the installation process, which was marked as "complete" without a technician visiting my premises. After lodging a formal complaint, an engineer was dispatched to my location, and the installation was finally completed on September **th, approximately **-** days after the initial delivery.
To my dismay, my concerns did not end with the installation. Upon closer inspection, I noticed significant RUSTING on the steel drum of the washing machine. This discovery is particularly disconcerting as the product is brand new and should not exhibit such issues. I must express my disappointment with the quality of the product delivered. I want a replacement of this product and would expect someone to expedite the process.
