July ** I complained a tv repair (faulty device Tv).
After ** finally I got coupan for ***** Aug *th.
Aug * itself I went brand showroom and buy new TV with paying ***** extra.
While claim ***** coupan they have wrong customer number so OTP not generated.
So I raised complaint regarding they replied like need other * working days to get coupan code sir.
Even VOC team chennai head office people also not responding properly.
Samsung issue reference number:::**********
My claim I need penalty of **** extra day of getting coupan code from aug*th.
Please take legal against them.
Samsung chennai head office customer service challenge like you can complaint anywhere.
