*st off all Snapdeal sellers are technical cheaters. They've sold me Avengers Thanos action figure. In the item, they never mentioned Hasbro of course, but putting up high-quality Hasbro Thanos pictures, setting a high price, that was the *st trap. I am lured into when the item reached me. It was the third-grade godforsaken thing. Instead of hard plastic, it is soft just for infants. Package imitated Hasbro completely only the logo omitted. However, till now I technically cannot say anything as they never mentioned Hasbro on the website. I've filed a refund request.
Snapdeal real nautanki starts then they've started the refund process. For * days they SMS me "ready item for pick up, Ecom express has given the consignment" but no one called me. Finally, I have contacted Ecom express guys they've told me, yes "we are told to do so, but just Snapdeal has cancelled your pickup with us so we won't pick up it contact Snapdeal".
Customer care clowns- I've come to know that there is no customer care executive left on Snapdeal. No human will reach you out all you can get is a bot "Press * for English * for blah blah, however, it telling me one time "Your pickup scheduled, other time "Your item is on the way to the warehouse, while they've never picked up my order by nobody. While Snapdeal app still showing scheduled with Ecom express.
