I ordered * pieces of Dwivedi and sons Lord Ganesha smoke backflow cone incense holder decorative showpiece with ** smoke backflow scented cone on * Aug, ****.
On arrival, i noticed that the items were defective and they didn't even stand on ground. So i filed a return request.
When the pick up guy came from the company, i handed him over the whole package with three articles in it as it was received by me, in the same box with the same packing. The pick up guy took a picture of inside of the box and took the parcel.
After * days, the refund was initiated but only for * article.
Since then, I've been writing to the company on help@snapdeal.com but nothing is resolved yet and now they have even stopped to reply to my emails. I tried calling to the customer care of snapdeal.com but there's no way i can talk to any executive there.
