- Bad Product delivered by Pepper Fry Closed
Please find below chronology of events for the grievance:
*) *st Sep: Ordered product from Pepper Fry
*) **nd Sep: Product delivered by pepper fry
*) **st Nov: Noticed issue with product. The stiches of the seat are coming out of the chair
*) **nd Nov: As the item could be returned, I logged a return request with pepper fry app. Case manager Rashmeen Bharde got in touch with me over email and call and informed that carpenter would visit my place to try and fix it first. If carpenter is unable to resolve then pepper fry will return the product and refund the money
*) **rd Nov: Carpenter Pradip C (Phone number: **********) visits my place and informs that the unit cant be fixed and doesnt repair the product. Carpenter falsely informs to pepper fry that unit has been fixed.
*) **th Nov till date: I have been constantly following up with case manager Rashmeen Bharde over email and with customer service people over chat. All I am getting is false statements that case manager is out of office, she will call back before *PM, she is busy etc etc.
*) **th Dec: I get an email from pepper fry customer care Jasir Ansari that product seems to have been damaged due to usage, which does not come under warranty terms & conditions.
I had bought this product for office usage and not to keep as some showpiece in my house. Had this occurred after * year, I would have had no complaints but this happened within the *st month. This means that quality of product delivered is bad. Pepper Fry has literally robbed me of my hard earned money and now they are not even replacing the product.
I only want the product to be returned and my money refunded. I would request to take strict action against pepper fry as an organization, CEO Ambareesh Murty, case manager Rashmeen Bharde, Jasir Ansari and carpenter Pradip C. They have been harassing me for a long time now. I have bought this chair with my hard earned money and now this is the situation.

I ordered a queen size bed from pepperfry which was solid wood on description. On delivery i saw it was engineered wood. Pepperfry does not reply properly and say that it can be repaired, even though their carpenter says other wise....
