Dear concerned,
Incomplete installation done by Faber technician Paltu Malakar (**********) on dated **th Oct **** for kitchen chimney ( model no: B**YBFTRH*) bearing serial no: T************ purchased on **th Oct from Amazon.
Firstly no cowl cover was provided despite charging Rs. *** installation charges + Rs. **** for the ducting pipe of * inches(circumference)/*feet(length) .
When asked about cowl cover he mentioned that it is not required since my exhaust fan area was already covered with metal mesh from outside. No ducting tape was used to seal the ducting pipe at the mouth of the hood, instead it was sealed with brown colored packing tape used in carton boxes. Also no clamp was provided to support the duct pipe. It is somehow tied with strings on the leftover screws from the removal of the old exhaust fan.
Charges for the duct pipe are quite high as outside in the local market the same pipe costs about ***-***.
Furthermore he did not provide any invoice/bill after completion of work. After calling him multiple times since **th Oct, he has still not provided any bill.
Your customer care does not have the courtesy to respond or arrange a call back.
I will be lodging multiple complaints on other forums for the shoddy and incomplete work rendered after charging such exorbitant amounts.
It was an utter waste of my time.
