- Oyo eaten my 2970 Rs. Closed
I have booking earlier that booking id VKQN**** that was cancelled by oyo it self and said that I have paid amount **** Rs is not refundable it can be adjusted in new booking so that I agree and I made new booking and its id is ODZW**** and its price was **** Rs and I paid ** Rs for it.and amont adjusted .Then my plan changed so I cancelled booking.Then I called OYO they are saying that now we can't adjust and can't refund.If they cancel hotel then they can adjust money now my plan changed then they can't adjust.Totally worse experience and I am wizard member..Didn't expect this from OYO.Kindly help.
