Dear Public Grievance officer,

I took the subscription for Annual Maintenance Service for my Aquaguard Purifier from OnsiteGo for next * years and as part of this service, I raised the service request with OnsiteGo to Repair my Faulty Device
However after waiting for more than * weeks , no technicians appeared for the service of my Aquaguard.
Hence, I made a complaint with them and they again assured that some technician will come and fix the issue.
But after for many days, nobody appeared.
Then I called the product team Eureka Forbes to service my device and they came and fixed the issue and changed the filter and sensors which were not working
So, after that I raised a case with OnsiteGo to refund my money because they failed to provide any service and they confirmed over email that they will reimburse the cost of the damage.
Please find attached the confirmation.
But after confirming on the same, still they are not processing the reimbursement of the costs which i incurred additionally
Please do the needful and assist me here to get the refund of my paid amount to external parties to solve the issue.
This needs to be compensated by OnsiteGo based on their commitment only over email
