Onsitego - Spoilt my AC cooling

YOUR TEAM HAS CLOSED THE SERVICE REQUEST WITHOUT EVEN VISITING OR RESOLVING THE PROBLEM. THIS IS ABSOLUTE FRAUD.
Service complaint number for ******-******
Attached is the Service report of your Engineer stating that the 'Gas Pressure of both the Hitachi ACs is OK'.
Also mentioned in report '* AC Now is Working Good' which shows there was no problem in AC.
He has left the valve open and all gas has leaked out & the cooling of the AC is now ZERO.
As per report, both AC were OK, so now it is fully your Responsibility.
I have given complaints & feedback multiple times, but assurances given but nothing done till date.
Kindly get the AC in working condition immediately.
