Onsitego - Mental Torture and No replacement provided

I had purchased OnSiteGo * years extended warranty from Croma along with LG ** inch Television. I lodged a repair request on **th October **** and they were unable to get my TV repaired properly even after trying for * times. Their terms & conditions say that they provide replacement or Croma coupon if they are unable to repair it properly within ** days. It has been nearly ** days and they have tortured me mentally but haven't provided the replacement. They are so cunning that they haven't kept their word for many times and tried to lure me by providing small cheap apology gifts like warranty extension, **** croma coupons,etc.
I had to contact their customer care for nearly ** times and they made talk so several different managers. I lost my business as I had to stay at home to test the TV a few times but there were still issues. They also used mannerless language with me because I wasn't accepting faulty TV.
They requested, tried to convince, used inappropriate language and even forced me to accept the faulty TV and when I refused, I was told that if I do not accept then they will close the request and it will be on me.

I was so frustrated and irritated by them that I shouted at my mom and pregnant wife when they asked me when TV will arrive at home. They have made my financial and emotional losses which they need to repay now.

I want to claim a replacement for the TV and an amount of * Lakh INR for torturing me for * months.

I have secured several phone call recordings where their team has begged me for last chances for repair. One person even promised that if any issue arises after repair then they will provide any resolution I want.

There were a series of events where they tried to convince me for accepting the faulty TV instead of providing a replacement.

At last, when I told them that I will file a consumer court case then they shamelessly told me that it is your choice and I can file it.

They have not followed their terms and conditions, cheated and tortured me very badly. My business and family life got affected because of them and even my Diwali got ruined because of OnSiteGo.

Please help me.
