I raised a complaint of my AC to ONSITEGO on **th May **** as this was the brand who covered my * years extended warranty for my AC. An engineer visited on **nd May and filled a form on the very same day. Since then I have not gotten a single call from them. When I started taking followups and called them several times, write on social media platforms like FB, Twitter, Instagram etc then they reverted me on call. As per their commitment on phone theh said that we will repair your AC by **th June for sure. After their call, again an engineer visited on **th June and checked properly but unable to find the fault and went by saying that my seniors will come tomorrow. On **th two engineers visited again and after a long process of identifying the issue they came to know that PCB need to get repaired. Theh picked up that PCB and told me that it will take two days to get repaired and we will come back on Monday for sure.
When I am calling that engineer today, he was saying that someone called VEENA MAM will approve first and then they will start to repair that PCB and it will take five more days. When I called today to customer care and talked to their escalation team they verbally approved it but not ensured that it will be done soon. And this all happening when the temperature outside is not less than ** degree.
I use to be very good with them but they did not leave any option infront of me apart from lodging a complaint against them. They deserve a legal action as if they can not help their customers after ** days of complaint, they deserve a punishment.
If this is not enough to them I will send a legal notice through my lawyer tomorrow. Either my AC will work properly tomorrow or I will not let them sit on their chair from tomorrow onwards. Also I want to drag VIJAY SALES Noida sec ** branch who suggested and forced me to purchase this extended warranty from thin bullshit brand called ONSITEGO.
Request you to take appropriate action against them so that no one will suffer like me again. You have one day time ONSITEGO.
