I had purchased a Bajaj Vertical Storage Water Geyser from Amazon in Dec ****. Along with it I also purchased extended * year warranty of Onsitego through Amazon. The geyser showed some problem by end of September **** and I had requested Onsitego for service. On *th October through whatsapp chat I was assured a technician will visit but no one visited till *th October. Then I was informed that my plan was never activated hence the visit did not take place. Then I activated my plan on **th October and raised a request for service on **th October. I got a visit date of **th October but there was no contact, but in the app the visit date was updated to **th October. On **th no one visited and on **st October at **:**PM the request was updated as Service in Progress and till now there had been no contact by any technician on the numbers provided. Additionally, the update was given that the Appliance needs a new part/service but there has been no one who visited my location for any service.
Every time I call I get the same answer that technician will visit tomorrow but no one shows up. This has happened with me * times now. I am getting tired of being scammed since winter is almost here and we need hot water for daily use.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
