- RO not working Open
I had purchased RO from croma with extended warranty service from onsitego dated **dec****. Since more than *.* years all filters and membrane were working properly but last * days RO stopped working and also membrane needs to be replaced. Since from last * days we are consuming muddy water as ro stopped. When I asked onsitego to repair it and change the membrane but they are asking me for the money. When I have extended warranty then why should I pay for membrane. It’s been since last *.*years we are using that same membrane.
