For my return of *k rupees see what response I got from Nyka
"Hey, we forwarded your account details to the investigation team as there are sequential complications with your past orders.
We are unable to authorize any resolution." -----------------> guys if you are not able to train your delivery boys properly and if you are not able to handle the return properly then that is not problem.
They are not even explaing what is "sequential complications", i'll explain how the nyka delivery/return service work. Based on my order history.

I have not returned a single product wrongly every product is intact and untouched every time i gave the same reason and i did complain as well about delivery boy marking the product before delivery,
Nyka doesn't have option to cancle the order and if I don't what the product then what option left? ---> only option is to reject the parcle during delivery but when delivery boy marked the parcle delivered then that option is also not there.
Nyka please tell me what to do in this case. every time in your language "sequential complications" i faced for delivery of the product. Now the only option left is returned the product?
Let's see what options we have in nyka to return the product:
a. Product is missing
b. Received wrong product
c. Received damaged product
d. Received expired product
If the delivery boy has marked the product as delivered and i wanted to reject then only option left is to return the product what option will anyone chose from above reason?

My return request rejected because of "sequential complications" this is n=really not fair because in my previous order if i did something wrong or I returned wrong prodct then it is acceptable but as i mentioned above in my every return every product was packed sealed and untouched.
because of my return my further return request got refused but what about my sequential complaints about delivery process what you guys did about that?
Nyka should learn from amazon flipkart myntra like top leading e-commerce company from these place you can buy *** product and return *** products without any hesitation
My return request of *k product got rejected and the reason was weight was same at all checkpoints how the scratches and dirty mirror will contribute on weight.
Every time i complained about delivery service as well. Nyka sent otp to customers we should tell before taking the the order but till today non of the delivery boy asked me about otp they just simply mark the product as delivered now if customer doesn't want the product then?
Nyka should initiate at least return they simply rejected the return request.
