I ordered an electric mask sheet worth Rs **** for sister’s birthday. They sent a wrong product. I raised a request for return. The request has not been approved yet. They keep asking me to wait for ** hours since many days. Now when I call, they hang up cause they have nothing else to say.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
