Nykaa beauty - Refund issues
Manmitha filed complaint against Nykaa beauty on Feb 11, 2024
I mistakenly scanned the QR code on the package and paid the money also.
Then when I asked the delivery guy he told he won’t give me the package unless I pay the money to him again .
So I had to pay them twice .
I called Nykaa customer care and still haven’t gotten my refund despite sending them emails with the proof of transaction.
