Nykaa send me defective piece i complain mt return got approved by return never got pickup .. i complain several time regarding this bt they keep asking **hrs window timeframe ..after not getting pickup for **days I again talk to their senior and in. Call she told me I will get refund within **hrs bt i haven't received any refund after that ..now they are not proceeding with my request
