Eureka Forbes - Return Refund Related

My Name is Tejas Rathod & I had purchased Eureka Forbes water purifier from Eureka Forbes website on dated **th Aug. installation executive visited my home on **th Sept to install machine however machine did not work. Installation technician said that I have to pay another ₹**** for water pump as machine require **** water supply. I have spoken with techinician that I will prefer another machine then & requested for return machine. He guided me to speak with customer care for return & refund request. I have raised return & refund request on **th Aug’** post which I have been constantly calling & sending emails but no one is bothered to reply & resolve.
