I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I have received regarding my recent purchase of a water purifier from CSD on **/**/****. Since **/**/****, I have been continuously calling your customer care number, only to be met with disappointment and frustration.
Despite being informed that an engineer named Abhay Vishwakarma has been appointed to handle the installation, it has been four days and no progress has been made. This level of service is utterly unacceptable and condemnable.
To make matters worse, my parents are ill, and my mother is a kidney patient for whom I specifically purchased this water purifier. The delay in installation is causing significant distress and inconvenience, and despite making * to ** calls per day, I have received nothing but false promises and delays.
I am shocked that a reputed company like Eureka Forbes can be so negligent in its customer service. I request you to take immediate action to get my water purifier installed without any further delay. If this is not possible, please provide me with an alternative solution immediately.
