Eureka Forbes - Poor service by EurekaForbes leading to losses against AMC

AMC is procured from EurekaForbes valid from **th Oct**** to **th Oct****.
Water purifier stopped working on **th Mar****. Service request is registered on **th Mar****, *:**am. Service engineer visited but unable to attend the problem, no solution till *Pm, **nd Apr****. And there is no certainty on when equipment will be repaired. This is breach of AMC, hence we expect refund of AMC charges. Because water purifier is not working, we had to spend extra INR *** for drinking water.
