I purchased a Gold AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for ₹**** from Eureka Forbes in October **** (Customer ID: **********), through their official online platform.
In July ****, a technician visited and said the membrane is damaged, but refused to replace it, claiming it is only covered under a *-month warranty — which was never communicated at the time of purchase.
I raised a complaint on **th June ****, but no one has responded till now. The company is ignoring my complaint and not honoring the AMC terms.
This is completely misleading, dishonest, and unfair. I feel cheated for trusting them and buying the AMC online. I strongly warn others: don’t buy AMC online from Eureka Forbes — they don’t fulfill their promises.
