Eureka Forbes - RO is not working

I called the customer care to raise the complaint. CM-******-******** is the request number they have created. And they arranged the appointment between **.am to ** pm on **-*-**** but nobody visited my place yet. When i call the customer support line they are keep on telling they are following up the case but no response.
