ZoomCar - Repair Cost not Reimbursed for Zoomcar Booking

Firstly, the driver was late for more than hour and half to deliver the car.

Second, one tyre had very less air. We filled it. The next morning, the same tyre had less air. We filled the air again and continued the journey. Mid way we realized the tyre is worn out and needs to be replaced. It was not even a flat tyre. We called zoom immediately to explain them the situation. After a long wait and multiple calls, we told zoom that we are at a store, the tyre cost will be around INR ****. Zoom gave us a solution that their representative will come and take a look at the tyre in next ** minutes or the car will be replaced. We waited and we did not hear back from zoom for ** mins. Neither of the solutions were offered to us.

We went ahead with changing the tyre as we were already midway to our destination. Finally received a call from zoom, that we can go ahead with changing the tyre and refund will be processed after posting the images of the tyre and invoice. We did the same.

Third, there has been so much back and forth communication with zoom and we still haven't received the refund.
