I am booking a rent a car via ZoomCar app ,**.**.**** to **.**.**** booking date
Am go to pickup car kims hospital benguluru parking area,am near to car try to unlocking car but app server down am not open the car ,I am trying to many time unlocking car not open car am contacting zoom car helpline and whatsup message zoomcar side not responding my request not reply Or callback support ,am totally disappointed that time. * hours waiting for near to the car but not unlocking car ,my family waiting for benguluru railway station including my infant baby, my valuable time and mentally disappointed that * hours plz help my amount refund my account s
