I signed up in Zoomcar App and booked a self driven carl. after paying **** rupees but despite submitting the valid driving license Aadhaar card and OTP everything, The app showed that my account was unverified. Immediately I contacted the helpline they were not responding. in this way, I didn't driven car and even unlocked the car that's how they cheated me defamation of Rs **** with me, please help me. I have all images and evidence.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
