ZoomCar - Refund not received

I book the car but when we reach at the location the car owner refuses to give the car we make our expense to reach at their location and there we didn’t receive the car after that I complained to customer care they said cancel the booking u will get the refund at midnight we stuck n we have no option so we should cancel the booking after refusing by owner n called the cab again on own expense and get back to get the home and they showed the refund will be credited on ** july but there is no refund till now n in app there is showing that refund is successful
