Car booking was made on *th Aug **** for use dates of **th to **nd Sept **** for travel to Gokarna from Goa Airport. Car registration number is GA**L****. All India permit for these vehicles was checked priorto booking on company website: https://www.zoomcar.com/handover#:~:text=While%**all%**Zoomcar%**vehicles%**are,for%**payment%**of%**such%**charges considering Gokarna falls in Karnataka state. After booking was made, confirmation email I received mentions that the car is to be used only in the city limits of Goa. I have raised complaints on this three times with ticket number ******* & ******* dated *th Aug and ******* dated * Aug. As on date there is no response from the Zoom car support team. Chat with host is disabled on the app. There is no customer care call option to seek clarity. Email was sent to grievance officer on grievance.officer@zoomcar.com dated **th Aug ****. There is not response from there as well.
