Could you confirm the refund amount i.e ***** Rs. for TV + **** Rs. for Jeeves extended warranty amount. i.e. Total amount = ***** Rs. at the earliest so that I can provide bank passbook details or cancelled cheque to proceed further?
As issue was mentioned by Jeeves is totally wrong. Issue is in the PCB of TV and not in the Panel of the TV so that I am not satisfied with the depreciated refund amount i.e. *****Rs.
Resolve this issue asap as it is more than " ** days " considering it on high priority
