Jeeves - Product is not repaired yet and it has been 2 months now

I took insurance from jeeves for my lenovo tablet. Screen got damaged and i sent it for repair to Jeeves on ** feb ****. I paid **** rupees as service charge on *rd feb also i paid *** rupees when i purchased the tablet.
They have not repaired it yet and whenever i call they say that they will get back to me in * working days and then no one calls me back or provide an update its been more than ** days now however email said it will take only ** working days. I need help i am literally fed up and I dont know what to do now
