- Refund of cancelled ticket ^Open

Dear Sir

I had booked Flight AI-*** from Delhi to Guwahati for **.**.****

PNR is YG*HS
E-Ticket no- *************C*

Name: SUNIL KUMAR VERMA


I had received the message (on **.**.**** at **** HRS. ) that flight is rescheduled at **** Hrs. Copy of the message enclosed.

However, I have checked twice from the Toll No.*********** about the depart time of the flight tomorrow morning. The Air India Officials told the same both times that it has been rescheduled at * pm.

On reaching airport, surprisingly, I came to know that it has not been rescheduled and I missed the flight. I missed the flight AI *** from DEL to GHY due to wrong message of rescheduling of the flight by AI call centre.

The report was filed at T* airport and accordingly refund request generated by AI help desk at airport.

After that I had contacted Air India many times through E-mail and through voice call , in spite of that nothing has been done.

In this regard, I want to say that It is a serious lapse on your part, hence I want the full refund.
