Made online ticket booking for wife on *nd July **** for flight AI *** Mumbai-London scheduled *th July ****. First time transaction went through but ticket not issued. Customer care confirmed no booking exists in the name of passenger and amount would be auto debited. Made another booking. Informed bank of card which asked to contact merchant. Mailed Air India after * days of waiting no response.
