- Refund of Air Tickets Offered Resolution

I Booked flight which for Delhi to Kathmandu on **.**.**** which got cancelled by Air line (INDIGO) with full refund. after so many follow with airline, they confirmed that amount has been refunded to travel agent (i.e Yatra) now i am continuously following up with yatra they are not refunding the amount.

Pls refer to confirmation mail received from INDIGO that both the amount have been refunded which duly forwarded to Yatra on *nd April ****.
Now after * month you are saying that only Rs *****/- was not refunded INDIGO. Why this thing was not informed me earlier so that i could be taken up with INDIGO.
This highly incompetency of Yatra and worst service you can ever think.
As INDIGO has already confirmed that amount has been refunded. Pls process the refund and confirm us.
