I have booked my ticket from Goa to Hyderabad for **/**/****, however due to change in flight schedule I have cancelled my flight ticket and ask for refund, my bookings details are as follows:
Booking ID- EMT********
PNR ID- IV*MXS
However till today I have not received my refund, and I have raised my concern on whatsapp chat, however I didn't receive any help. I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide me the details of my refund as soon as possible,
